What are the recruitment, training and retention policies at SIS?
We design, and architecture training agendas, and programs that tap the cognitive power of the human mind, which we believe is key in optimizing performance. Does the job require employees to work in the day shift or night shift?
We do not work in the night shift. Our office timings are from 9:00 AM to 6:15 PM.

Who are eligible to apply?
We require Post Graduates (MBA, MSc, MCom, MA English, MA Mass Comm., MA Economics, and others) with 0 to 2 years experience. Important skills required include exceptional English language skills in writing, editing, and proofreading. Proficiency in MS Office is also very essential.

How are candidates selected to be a part of the training program?
Candidates visit the careers link on our website (http://www.sisinfotech.com/careers) and complete an online application. These online applications are screened and short-listed candidates are called for a written test at our Hyderabad office premises.
The on-site test/interview will be less than 2 hours duration and candidates will be tested for their proficiency in English language. Invited applicants are given a topic and asked to write about it. Candidates appearing for the written test are further interviewed on the same day. Successful candidates will be informed of their selection within a week after the test date through e-mail.

What are the documents to be brought on the written test/interview date?
Candidates are required to compulsorily bring a copy of their resume, latest passport size photograph and ONE photo ID proof (passport copy/driving license copy/voters ID card copy/PAN card copy/bank statement/telephone bill) on the test date. We request you NOT to bring any companions/friends/accomplices with you to the venue on the written test day.

What are the remuneration, and compensation terms during and after the training?
Remuneration paid during the training program will be personally communicated to the candidates once they clear the written test. The written test is the most important criterion for selection in our training program. Monthly compensation after the training program will be based on quality of research content generated, and productivity in terms of edited pages delivered per day during the first 3 months.

Is location a criterion?
Prospective candidates can be located in any major city, but must be willing to work at our Hyderabad office. Most importantly, they should be fluent in written English.

What’s the scope for innovation in research reports?
Although our reports follow an established template, they nevertheless require, and provide ample scope for added innovation and creativity.
